If happiness were easy ...

They say happiness is a choice, but if it were that simple, wouldn’t you choose to be happy all the time? Does anyone like being unhappy? And yet, it’s clearly not that simple.

Couples and individuals come to us for coaching for one main reason: They’re not happy! 

We hear many reasons for unhappiness, such as …

  • We fight too much.
  • I feel lonely.
  • Our intimacy is lacking.
  • I’m not getting what I need.
  • We can’t communicate.
  • I worry about the future, or my health.
  • We argue about money.
  • I can’t find a good partner.

All of these pose legitimate challenges, and they sap the happiness from your soul and your relationship. If you don’t find solutions to these challenges, how are you going to restore your happiness?

Or is it perhaps possible to cultivate happiness now? Even if you haven't sorted out all your challenges?

Instead of having to solve all your personal and relationship problems before you can feel sustained happiness, why not learn to feel happier now?

Of course, when things are going well, it’s easy to be happy, and you might think, "I don't need to learn about that ... I'm okay."

We are suggesting you can use deliberate tools and mindsets to be happy, no matter the circumstances. In this mini-workshop, we’ll show you how.

In this mini-workshop, you will engage in several practices to promote happiness, connection, relaxation, intimacy, and a lighthearted playfulness in your relationship.

A mini-workshop takes only 90 minutes. It's a comfortable, informal environment where you learn effective tools that'll last you a lifetime.
